Trams, Amsterdam

My last post - for now - of the city of Amsterdam. Last weekend I moved from the north to the south of Holland as I am leaving the country per 17th of February for approx. 1 year (5 months Australia). These two pictures were made somewhere in November and they illustrate how I always had to wait for the public transport to get me from a to b, something I terribly got annoyed with but now already miss. However, expect some fresh footage from my experiences abroad!

  2. This week at school we talked about stories and what they are all about, and the second is just filled with such stories.. Love the blurred lights in the background, the figure of the tram. And the guy's jacket looks pretty cool!

Keep on going and have fun.

  9. Both of the photos look really nice but for me (& probably me only), the composition would be a lot better if there wasn't such a centered focal point. The first one- that yellow light looks good but its smack dab in the middle, and the bus on the 2nd one too. :/ I just feel like when things are in the middle, everything else just seems to revolve around it.

that's just me though. and these were taken in November, i think you have improved since then.

    :)

I'll miss your A'dam pics so much.

You know, I feel like I have to take over...but this 'The Man Who Knew Too Much'-style will be hard to copy!! Haha.

  23. I really like these photos, especially the first one.
It reminds me of the phrase "watching the world go by" but there's more emotion in it.

  27. What I miss about Europe, the wonderful easy transportation. We are finally getting it together here in Denver with the light rail, not as convenient as there, but a start.

More important are how fantastic these photos are. I cant stop staring at the top photo, I love the movement and the subject of focus is perfect.
