Auckland, New Zealand

After a few days without internet, cruising around the wilderness of the Northern Island, I am finally back in Auckland. I have seen the greenest forests in my life and before I even realised the forests changed into snow capped mountains and steep vulcans as the journey progressed. I have hundreds of pictures taken and it is hard to decide what to post and what not. Therefore, you can expect to see a few pop up in the comin' weeks, alongside new stuff from Thailand and wherever I will be. The first picture is Auckland's tower and the second one is actually a monumental building in Wellington.

  3. Oh Dennis, I'm a little jealous. My brother lived in New Zealand for most of my life, and he told me about the fast dramatic change in terrain. I am so happy for you, that you got to see it firsthand.
    Love the photos.

  7. The pictures have a sort of contrast between the newest and the old architecture, personally I prefer the second one and I can't wait to see the other pictures you've taken over there =P

Awww. Thanks for missing my contributions, that is always good to hear. :)

    Re: Sophie Valcras
You are correct! I like both of them, normally I am a sucker for the second one, but I like that almost clinical feeling of the architecture of the 1st one. Dunno, normally I am not into that modern stuff.

    Re: shopgirl
    Thanks!

I travel a lot indeed, but most of it is for pleasure. :) I stayed in Australia for 5 months to do an exchange, part of my curriculum at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute.

Loved the fashion of Sydney and Melbourne a lot! :)
